the room was spacious. IT featured a comfortable bed. The bathroom included toiletries. Staff were friendly and communication was smooth, i found this to be helpful.
Tea and coffee making facilities were TOO basic! this does not quite justify the pricing. I was expecting a better selection.

This hotel is close to the lake. Transport into the city is convenient. Visiting the lake is easy from this location. The area is well-connected.

the breakfast buffet offered lots of choice. Everything was fresh and well-made. There were many options to choose from during breakfast hours, i thought that was great.

Hotel staff were helpful. They allowed early check-in. Free transport cards for our stay were given to us. I appreciate that greatly.

the hotel location was convenient with the trams close by. the room was very clean and modern. i found the staff lovely and helpful, particularly when i needed directions to the lake. the shower was great too.
I found a slight inconvenience in the limited vegetarian options at breakfast. I would have liked some baked beans.

the classic double room had sufficient space for luggage, and moving around was easy. the room featured a well maintained ensuite bathroom complete with all standard amenities. i found the bed comfortable and firm.

weak coffeestreet noise
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. adjusting the thermostat seemed to have little effect. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was noticeable, especially early in the morning, so i had some trouble getting a decent night's sleep. the breakfast was okay, nothing special, though the coffee was weak.

the breakfast area seemed unstaffed that morning. the coffee i had was terrible. i found parking very challenging because the garage was located around the corner.
